Shipping policy

We strive to ensure that your orders are processed and shipped within 48 hours of purchase (Monday – Friday) using reliable shipping carriers such as USPS that offers Priority Mail, Priority Main Express, Ground Mail and First Class Mail Services / Rates. Our standard delivery time is 3-6 business days. Free shipping on orders over $100.00 

While we do our best to meet the shipping and delivery dates provided, please note that we are not responsible for any delays caused by external factors.

Once your order is confirmed, it cannot be modified or cancelled. If you wish to return a product, please initiate the returns procedure once you have received the item.

In the rare event that you have not received your order despite the tracking status showing it as delivered, we advise you to contact the carrier for assistance. We do not have control over the item once it has been handed over to the carrier. However, if the issue persists, please email us, and we will do our best to help.

Occasionally, tracking information may not be available due to technical issues. If you are unable to locate your item, please contact us, and we will provide assistance.
